Added Switch player control - L1 (Left top shoulder control) switches to closest player to ball

Added Speed burst - R1 (Right top shoulder control) gives your player a short burst of speed - useful to avoid tackles!

Added back button from tactics editor. fixed bug in tactics editor

Adjusted AI to be a little less brutal :D.
