completely reworked player AI - hopefully more fluid in transition

keepers less superhuman, more dependent on stats

low cross - hold L2 when crossing

low shot - hold L2 when shooting

chipped thru pass - L2 when thru ball (triangle)

sliding shot - slide toward a low cross and you'll shoot towards goal

instead of stealing the ball directly, now running into a player in possession you will tap the ball away from them

Referees - yellow and red card , ref has a different tolerance for foul play 

players get injured from fouls

you can run away from the ref trying to book you fifa 1996 style

players sprint speed decreases the more you use it, until you recover

Substitutions - on pause menu , left and right to select player, then same for player from bench

much keeper work 

new settings menu with separate game and graphics options:

New cameras! top down up-down and left-right 

Game difficulty level

players speak when fouled and fouling- optional 

i have setup using languages for this but need to expose control.

if anyone wants to translate some random football sayings into their mother tongue, let me know! i have english, scottish(!) and some attempt at spanish

tweaks to free kicks to better match the preview, player skills matter here though

many many bugs and optimizations.. let me know if you find any!
